<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 82.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry has not been visited and on the basis of documents submitted by the industry alongwith application, it has been observed that the industry is an orange category rice mill unit and has installed 01 no. dryer and 1 no. sheller with cyclone separator inside its premises. The industry has submitted compliance report to the consent conditions earlier granted to it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 82.0pt;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Recommendation: -</span></u></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions and special conditions that: -</span></p>

Department of Science, Technology and Environment vide order no. 932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
