The industry has<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>also<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>provided<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>cyclone<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>as<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>APCD<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>in<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>buffing<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>section<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Cyclone<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>on core<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>shooter<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>machine, 04 no.<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>paint<span style="letter-spacing: .15pt;"> </span>booth<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>with<span style="letter-spacing: .1pt;"> </span>water curtain. The industry has installed<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>2 no. D.G set of capacity 200 KVA & 125 KVA with canopies. There is no source of trade effluent, only generation of domestic effluent and has made arrangement for the disposal of domestic effluent into PSIEC sewer.</span></p>

<p><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Recommendation:- </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operate under Water<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Air<span style="letter-spacing: .55pt;"> </span>(Prevention<span style="letter-spacing: .6pt;"> </span>and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with<span style="letter-spacing: 3.7pt;"> </span>usual<span style="letter-spacing: -.2pt;"> </span>conditions<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> and special condition that the industry shall submit air emission analysis report of the cupola furnaces installed by it, analyzed from Board’s lab within 1 month, please.</span></span></p> |
