<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 58.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacture of for manufacturing of raw rice (without drier) @ 5.0 TPH by processing of paddy @ 8.0 TPH under orange category along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 58.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited online Rs. 28000.0 /- vide UTR No. P132230240809650 dated 12.05.2023 on account of consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 28000.0 /- vide UTR No. P132230240814251 dated 12.05.2023 on account of consent fee under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto <strong>30.09.2028</strong> against the fixed assets of Rs. 83.35 lakh as per CA certificate dated 04.05.2023 submitted by the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 58.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of consents conditions under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981earlier granted to it.</span></p>

SEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/projects without inspection/physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such applications.</span></p>

The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>
