<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the product manufacturing of industrial packing material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted the first GST certificate as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. April, 2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is located in designated industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C as per Khasra Number mentioned in Gazette notification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 6090/- vide UTR No. 624876678 dated 27.04.2023 (Rs. 5190/- water consent fees and Rs. 900/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>NOC fees), Rs. 5190/- vide UTR No. 914047769 dated 27.04.2023 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.12.2028 against the fixed assets of Rs. 6.06/- Lacs </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 23.05.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

LD machines, 4 No. Cutting machine and 1 no. printing machine in its premises.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2028 with usual conditions and special conditions that :-</span></p>
