<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, as per report of the AEE above, the industry is discharging trade effluent marganally (6%) higher than the allotted shares. The industry has not added any new machinery at site after GNE audit. This smaller margin can be control after adopting waste minimization scheme at site.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is recommended that case may be granted to the industry for one year with ususal condition and special condition that the industry shall adopt waste minimization scheme to maintain its consented discharge within the allotted shares.</p> |
