<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="background: white;">1. The industry has not filled application form correctly:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background: white;">a. The industry has not mentioned details of flow measuring devices in the application form. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background: white;">b. The industry has mentioned that power load connect to waste water treatment facility is zero, which is not in order. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background: white;">c. The industry has mentioned that power load connect to Air Pollution Control Devices is zero, which is not in order.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background: white;">d. The industry has not added cost of land in the CA certificate uploaded online.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; tab-stops: 113.95pt;"><span style="background: white;">2. Lastly, the industry was granted ‘consent to operate’ for total value of assets of Rs. 39.98 cr. Now, as per the latest CA certificate, value of assets of the industry is Rs. 40.55 cr. As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding the same and give details for this increase in value.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; tab-stops: 113.95pt;"><span style="background: white;">3. As such, the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; tab-stops: 113.95pt;"><span style="background: white;">4. The industry has not submitted latest analysis reports.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; tab-stops: 113.95pt;"><span style="background: white;">5. The industry not submitted compliance report of latest ‘consent to operate’ granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; tab-stops: 113.95pt;"><span style="background: white;">6. the industry has now applied for varied ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry is required to submit site suitability certificate issued by the competent authority for change in process of the unit.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black;">As such, if approved, the application may be returned, online with the request to resubmit the same after attending above.</span></p> |
