<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">It is submitted as under:</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">1. the representative of the industry informed that around 80-90 workers reside within the premises of the leased unit and rest around 140-150 workers come from outside. The representative further informed that as the workers reside as per the hostel type arrangement with 2-3 workers in one room, the water demand is less. Thus, calculating water demand on lower side as per IS 1172:1993 - 4.1(1), the water demand comes out to be around 13.5 KLD. And taking 50% of generation of wastewater, the quantity comes out to be around 10.8 KLD.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Further, this office has already recommended that the industry must provide flow meter at tubewell so as to ascertain the actual quantity of freshwater usage. and renewal shall be granted to the industry based upon the actual consumption.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">2. The industry has green area in around 0.5 acres of land area within premises. Further, the industry has also carried out plantation along its boundary wall.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">3. The industry is currently not operating its humidification plant. The reason for the same is that the industry is using 100% recycled polyster as raw material and there is very less requirement (for around only 1 month in a year) of operation of humification plant while processing the recycled polyster.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">submitted as per recommendations given vide note dated 18.05.2023, subject to same conditions as following additional conditions:</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">1. <span style="background: white;">the industry shall obtain permission from PWRDA for abstraction of groundwater and shall submit the same to the Board, within 03 months.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background: white;">2. The industry shall immediately install flow meter on the tubewell installed in its premises and shall start maintaining record of the readings of the same.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background: white;">3. Further renewal of consent to operate shall only be given to the industry after analysis the actual water demand, as per the records to be maintained by the industry.</span></p> |
