<p class="MsoNormal">As proposed by AEE, it is recommended that NOC (for expansion) applied by the industry be granted <strong>for one-year</strong> subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions that:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1. The industry shall be liable to comply with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. The industry shall shift its fuel to cleaner fuel i.e. PNG/CNG/LPG/LSHS latest by 31/12/2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. The industry shall be bound to apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) within 1 year in compliance to notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dated 20.07.2022 of MoEF&CC and obtain Environmental Clearance, failing which this 'consent to establish shall stand revoked/cancelled automatically</p>
