<p style="text-align: justify;">The report and recommendation of Regional Office be pursued. The industry is complying with provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The site of industry falls in Industrial area.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30/06/2028 with suitable terms & conditions and specific as under:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall get its emission sample analyzed from Boards Lab within 01month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall always maintain record regarding the procurement of raw material and generation, collection, storage & disposal of hazardous waste.</p> |
