<p style="text-align: justify;">In this regard, it is submitted that the report of M/s Bantech Water Ltd., Kurali recieved from the Regional Office has already been processed for intiating action againt the unit.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Further, the reply of the AEE/EE may be considered and may if approved, the industry may be granted 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for a shorter period, i.e. upto 31.03.2024, subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned by Regional office and additional condition that the indsutry shall stick with its earlier production capacity till it get the trade effluent lifted to M/s JBR Technologies at Ludhiana</p>
