<p class="MsoNormal">Sir, the industry has submitted point wise reply that they have removed all the incompletion observed during the last visit. Accordingly, to check the compliance made by the industry, the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 17.06.2023 and it was observed as under-</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Further, the industry has submitted Building plan signed by approved architect from the department of director of factories, Punjab.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice Sheller unit to produce Raw rice / Sorted rice @ 2 TPH with dryer up to 30.06.2027, subject to the suitable conditions.</p> |
