<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 82.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">As per office order issued by the Head Office, Patiala vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and as per decision of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 82.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry has not been visited and on the basis of documents submitted by the industry alongwith application, it has been observed that the industry is an orange category rice mill unit and has installed 1 no. dryer and 1 no. sheller with cyclone separator inside its premises. The domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation. The industry has submitted compliance report to the consent conditions earlier granted to it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 82.0pt;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Recommendation: -</span></u></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">30.09.2028</span> with suitable conditions and special conditions that: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 81.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry will continue to comply with the new code of practice prescribed by Punjab Govt. Department of Science, Technology and Environment vide order no. 932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .1pt 6.45pt .0001pt 81.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry will be bound to comply with the zoning regulation of the master plan in force and the grant of consent by the Board will not vest any right on the industry w.r.t. other stipulations by any Govt. Authority or the zoning regulations of the master plan.</span></p>
