<p style="text-align: justify;">As the industry has failed to comply with the decision of the personal hearing given to it on 12/01/2023 w.r.t depostion of Environment Compensation, as such, in view of the recommendations of EE RO SAS Nagar, Show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be issued alongwith oppoutunity of personal hearing before the competent authority. </p>
