The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The agreement attached by the industry with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana with its application has already got expired. The industry is requested to submit valid copy of agreement made with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana for lifting of its trade effluent.
You are requested to submit reply to the above said clarification within 02 days.
