<p>May kindly peruse Note History. It is submitted that number of cases are piling up due to non availabilty of hearing dates because of over occupation and very busy schdeule of Honble Chairman and Worthy MS as SCN /Notices are required to be issued for getting compliances of minor violations and observations in various cases.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is suggested that in serious violations like Byepass of effluents etc. hearings be given before Honble Chairman/worthy MS whereas in cases of minor violations of Large and medium scale units, it may be allowed to issue SCN at the level of CEE for speedy disposal please.</p>
