<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> The industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for manufacturing of SCAFFOLDING @ 4 TPD by using of MS Pipes etc. @ 4 TPD and submitted, Site plan location plan, CA certificate, DTP letter vide memo no. 2751 dated 12.12.2022 mentioning that such type of unit shall be permitted in rural and the industrial zone of all master plans and proposed land use plan with certain conditions, manufacturing process, copy of agreement with M/s K.R Enterprises and M/s JBR .</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> To verify the facts the</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> industry was visited by AEE of this office on 19.6.2023 & observed that:-</span></p>
