<p>The pointwise reply to the observations raised is as under : -</p>
<p>1. As the indsutry has already enchanced the production capacity, machinery and there is no increase in the land area and building, there is no increase in fixed assets. </p>
<p>2. The industry has updated its APCDs and APCDs are now adequate to handle extra pollution load. The sampling of the same shall be carried out coming season.</p>
<p>3. As the site falls outside MC limit of Malout and thus the site is suitable for carried out expansion.</p>
