The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observe that :- 1.)In the DTP report it is not clear how far is the land of the rice sheller from the nearest Municipal Council /Corporation or other Local Body limits .
2.) Also it is not clear in the DTP report how far is the site of the proposed rice shelling unit from the National Highway /State Highway/Byepass or scheduled road. 3.) Also the report from the concerned revenue authority is not clear as to whether the site(land bearing all khasra ) is 500 mtrs away from the Village Lal lakir , Historical and Religious place , School ,college or educational institution, Residential area . As such the site is presently not confirming to the Department of Science technology and environment notification dated 15.10.2013 regarding the establishment of the rice shelling/Saila Plant units.
Please submit the requisite reports as above within 02 days positively. |
