<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the industry is managing the fuel ash properly as it has provided propper and adequate arrangement for the storage and handeling of the same inside the premises. Further it is lifting the fuel ash to the farmers as per the requirement. However, the industry has been adviced to maintain the record regarding generation and lifting of the fuel ash and to submit the same to the Board. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the rice sheller upto 30.09.2032 with usual conditions.</span></p>
