The application of the industry is scrutinized and found incomplete due to the observations made as under:
1. The industry needs to submit SEIAA letter issued to Geologist.
2. The industry needs to submit the undertaking regarding the distance from the various parameters and compliance conditions of SEIAA / mining acceptance.
3. Fees not linked.
4. Production / raw material different from the mining acceptance certificate.
You are therefore, requested to clarify the above said observations within 01 day. Till then your application shall be treated as incomplete.
