<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">It is submitted that as per reply of the industry the project report was prepared to install CCM plant and LRF as such the existing fixed assets were mentioned as 696.50 lakh and meanwhile the industry installed CCM and purchased some machinery related to LRF and applied for varied consent with fixed assets @ 1386.42 Lakh. The fixed assets of the industry shall further increase as such the total fixed assets shall further rise up to 1699.64 Lakh. The AEE while preparing the agenda for NOC application took the existing value of fixed assets from project report rather than actual current fixed assets. The CCM is yet to be commissioned as informed by industry. The NOC regularization fee has been deducted in the varied consents and also same is again got deposited from the industry as NOC fee is charged for increase in fixed assets from 696.50 lakh to 1699.64 lakh again <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>as such NOC fee is more than adequate</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">In view of above may if approved Consent to establish' (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted for 1 year i.e. upto 16/05/2024 with suitable conditions including conditions proposed by RO please.</span></p>
