<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, as per the note of the AEE/EE, RO, SAS Nagar, before proceeding to further action, Regional Office is required to comment on the following:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Details of the machinery installed by the industry for enhancement of the production capacity for which varied consents have been applied.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Whether the pollution load has been increased with the enhancement of the production and status of adequacy of existing ETP.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The Competent Authority certificate attached by the industry indicating the assets as on 31.03.2022 which needs to be submit upto date being the industry has applied for varied consents.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Any source of air emissions from the process viz-a-viz measures taken by the industry.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. To incorporate the analysis reports of the sample of ETP collected during the visit of the industry.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application may be sent back to the Environmental Engineer Regional Office, SAS Nagar, to clarify the above observations.</p>
