| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding amount of Rs. 50 lacs spent under CSR activities as per the Environment Clearance condition, as per special conditions no. 4 of the earlier consent to operate granted by the Board.
2. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding development of the manual composting / vermicomposting to manage organic wastes, as per special conditions no. 6 of the earlier consent to operate granted by the Board.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 03 days. Until the application will be treated as incomplete. |
