<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo2; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry shall get the assessment and adequacy study of all the pollution control arrangements from Punjab State Council of Science and Technology within 02 months.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo2; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry shall apply for NOC for expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, within 07 days.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo2; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-2, Ludhiana shall visit the industry after 15 days and shall monitor its pollution control devices and shall submit further recommendation in the matter.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 115%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">As per RO report dated 15.06.2023, it has been observed that the industry is a continuous violator and operating the unit without valid consents of the Board. If approved, following actions may be taken please:</span></p>
