<p>As per decision of hearing dated 10-01-23, it eas decided that Industry shalld evelop adequate plantation area for disposal of treated effluent. </p>
<p>As per CTO application, industry has filled that out of 48 KLD consumption, 8.5 KLD effluent will be generated. However as per agenda note , only 3 KLD is effluent is discharged on to land for plantation. Whether industry has developed adequate land for disposal of effluent at optimum capacity .</p>
<p>SCN be issued with Hearing with a direction to submit water balance statement reg consumption and discharge of effluent giving details and adequay of plantation area . </p> |
