1. The industry has increased its production capacity from Bicycle Rims @ 2500 to 3200 Nos./day, However, it has applied for obtaining fresh 'Consent to Operate'. Please apply for obtaining varied CTO if the industry has already increased production capacity, otherwise first apply for obtaining NOC expansion.
2. The industry has applied the case under category- RED / Steel and steel products including coke plants involving use of any of the .......... rolling of
3. galvanizing etc, which is not correct. Please apply under category RED / 1044-Industry or process involving metal surface treatment or process such as pickling/electroplating/paint stripping/heat treatment using cyanide bath/ phosphating or finishing and anodizing / enamellings/ galvanizing.
4. It is mandatory on part of the industry to submit stack emission analysis report from Board's lab / NABL approved lab being mandatory documents for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate', as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/2014/86 dated 24.02.2014.
