The details of the case is as under: -</span></p>

The effluent generated is discharged onto land for stagnation in the kachha area at the back side of the industrial shed without any treatment.</span></p>

During visit it was observed that the industry has increased the land area whereby providing the labor quarters etc under the extended industrial premises.</span></p>
