No. N171232510269522 dtd 20/06/2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 5000/- vide UTR/Ref No. N171232510261789 dated 20/06/2023 penalty under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 12,000/- vide UTR/Reference No. N171232510255463 dtd 20/06/2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 5000/- vide UTR/Ref No. N171232510262570 dated 20/06/2023 penalty under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate up to 31/12/2028.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Further, the hospital has already granted </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">renewal of Authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">vide no. BMW/Renewal/ASR/2018/7363831 dated 19/04/2018, which was valid up to 31/03/2023 and now has applied obtaining authorization revised bed capacity of 25 Beds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is further intimated that the hospital is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The hospital is having bed capacity of 25 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 30/09/2028 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that:-</span></p>
