Construction & Developers Co.,Village Khawaspur Tehsil Hoshiarpur Distt Hoshiarpur vide no.</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> <span style="background: white;">CTE/Fresh/HSP/2021/15853684 dated 04.06.2021 Valid upto 30.06.2022 and extended vide no. CTE/Ext/HSP/2022/15883107 dated 20.06.2022 valid upto 30.06.2023 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>with conditions mentioned therein.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> <span style="background: white;">The applicant has filled online application form, request letter mentioning the reason regarding non-completion of project within stipulated time being financial constrains. The project proponent has already deposited Rs. 58000/- vide UTR No. CLBLN19280001850 dated 07.10.2019 as NOC fee, which stands adequate for further two years i.e. 30.06.2024. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">As per the request of the industry dated 22.06.2023, the industry has not develop yet. As per application form presently only domestic effluent from office building is generated which is discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. The Colonizer proposed to provide STP based on MBBR technology having design capacity of 200 KLD at the time of obtaining NOC. The colonizer has just started the construction work of STP. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of the above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be further extended for one year i.e. 30.06.2024 with suitable terms and conditions. </span></p>
