<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><u>Recommendation</u>:-</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry will continue to comply with the new code of practice prescribed by Punjab Govt. Department of Science, Technology and Environment vide order no. 932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry shall submit air analysis reports of the air pollution control device installed at site from the Board’s lab in the next coming season. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry shall upgrade or install adequate air pollution control device to achieve the amended emission standard, if any amendment made. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry shall not make any expansion inside the present premises without obtaining prior permission from the Board in future. (Competency EE) </span></li>
