The industry has now applied for the CTE/NOC expansion for increasing the capacity of storage of one of its product from 7806 KL to 12406 KL.
The industry has also obtained CTE from PPCB for expansion in march 2023.
The application was scrutinized and observed that as under:
1. The industry has not submitted project report stating increase in machinery and its corresponding increase in CA value for proposed expansion.
2. The PP has not submitted copy of permission from PESO.
3. The PP has not submitted compliance of CTO & CTE conditions.
4. The PP has not submitted copy of EC obtained under EIA notification 2006 for proposed expansion.
5. if the industry has completed the previous proposed expansion process. the industry needs CTO for commissioning of proposed expansion already made in march 2023.
