<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 12.0pt -9.0pt .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Accordingly, the premises of the industry was inspected and it was observed that only dry batteries are being procured by the industry and waste acid, if any, is collected in the underground tank provided near the battery breaking area. As such, the chances of disposal of acidic water from the industry are negligible.</span></p>
