<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of plant and machinery of Rs.42.33 lakh on 11.05.2023. After addition of 5 year rent, the total cost of the project is Rs. 108,33,841/-. Earlier, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 18,100/- vide UTR no. SBIN522287337715 dated 14.10.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 15,400/- vide UTR no. SBIN522287336423 dated 14.10.2022 under Air Act, 1981. Now, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 16,033/- vide R no. 284209137 dated 13.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 12,333/- vide R no. 318127814 dated 13.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. Now, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 11,000/- Vide R no. 654443809 dated 07.07.2023 & Rs. 21,000/- vide R no. 107481098 dated 14.07.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 11,000/- Vide R no. 519258326 dated 07.07.2023 & Rs. 21,000/- vide R no. 59464106 dated 14.07.2023 under Air Act, 1981.After deduction of late fees, the consent fees under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 are adequate till 31.10.2028.</span></p>
