<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry is a small scale red category unit</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has deposited consent fee, which is adequate upto 30.04.2028.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has made an MOU with JBR Tech Pvt. Ltd., Unit-1 @ 04 KL/month for lifting of trade effluent.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to industry up to 30.06.2027 with suitable terms & conditions.</p>
