<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 The industry has deposited fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has made an MOU with CETP operator @ 30 KL/month for lifting of trade effluent.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has provided hood/stack followed by water scrubber as APCD with the color dip (salt bath) furnace.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to industry up to 30.06.2028 with suitable terms & conditions.</p>
