<p style="text-align: justify;">Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended as under :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be issued to PWSSB alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing as they have failed to install the new module of STP in compliance to the decisions of personal hearing held on 24.08.2021..</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Show cause notice may be issued to MC Kharar, GMADA, DDPO and Department of Soil & Water Conservation for non-compliance of decisions of personal hearing held on 24.08.2021...</p>
