<p style="text-align: justify;"> It is therefore recommended that</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) PSPCL authorities may be directed u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 to temporarily restore the electricity connection of the industry till 30.08.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) The Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted for a short term till 30.08.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3) PSPCL authorities may be asked as to why not it has disconnected the electricity supply of the industry after 28.02.2023.</p> |
