| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate only for Plant & machinery. Please submit un-depreciated value of gross fixed assets and year wise detail of increase in fixed assets.
2. Also, provide detail of polluting machinery in the application form.
3. It is mandatory on part of the industry to submit stack emission analysis report from Board's lab / NABL approved lab being mandatory documents for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate', as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/2014/86 dated 24.02.2014.
