Further, the BG submitted by the PP has been enchased vide this office letter no. 1782 dated 24.07.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under :-</span></p>

Ludhiana for further treatment and disposal. </span></p>

GSR-322 (E) dated 19-05-1993. </span></p>

The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non-obtaining of such permission.</span></p>
