<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Raw Rice @ 32 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rice Bran @ 1.5 Metric Tonnes/Day & Rice Husk @ 14 Metric Tonnes/Day from Paddy @ 48 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material under Orange Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 34,100/- Vide UTR No. SBIN423197266901 dated 16/07/2023 and Rs. 59,500/- vide UTR No. SBIN423197268182 dated 16/07/2023 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including fee Rs. 8400/- as penalty fee, Rs. 700/- as NOC Regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as application fee and same is valid upto 30/09/2028 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 1,26,25,640.00 as on 31/03/2023 as CA certificate submitted by the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry falls under orange category and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer, Regional Office. As per the office order no. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for orange/green category industry is to be done without visiting the unit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
