<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">Kindly peruse the note of AEE. The analysis results of effluent samples collected by the Board on 12.07.2023 have qualified the permissible limits. It is therefore, recommended that the validity of both the consents be renewed upto 30.09.2027 subject to special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">An additional condition regarding supersession of previous consent granted under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/RPN/2019/10202602 dated 23/07/2019, valid upto 30/06/2024 be imposed in the CTO Air to be granted to the industry.</span></p>
