The case of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that the industry has applied for renewal of CTO however there is increase @ 19 lakh in the CA value. Earlier the industry has submitted CA certificate dated 6.10.2020 having building cost as- Rs. 390 lacs and machinery as 260 lacs however as per CA certificate dated 1.6.23 having building as 280 lacs and machinery as 379 lacs howcome the cost of building as decreased and detail of machinery added has not been provided. The industry has not submitted compliance w.r.t. Special conditions imposed. Please submit complete case after attending to shortcomings. |
