In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE in his revised agenda note, the industry is complying with the consent conditions and SOPs framed for such type of industries. In view of facts mentioned above and as per recommendations, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 30/06/2028 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that the industry shall comply with all the provisions of policy for pyrolysis plants issued by Gov t. of Punjab, Deptt. of Science, Technology and Environment vide order no. 10/46/2014 -STE (5)/325542 dated 15/10/2014 and its time-to-time amendment if any.</p> |
