<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 01 diesel fired baby boiler of capacity 0.3 TPH with adequate stack height, 01 chemical reaction tank with adequate stack height along with wet scrubber as APCD and adequate stack.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has already submitted feasibility report for the wet scrubber provided with chemical reaction tank, which is principally adequate. Further samples from the stack were collected and as per analysis report, the concentration of SPM level is 29 mg/Nm3 which is within the prescribed limit of 150 mg/Nm3.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 01 DG set of capacity 15 KVA with canopy & adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has already submitted building plan prepared by approved Architect of Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has already submitted CLU certificate vide no. 6687 dated 12.12.2017 as per which the permission of CLU was granted to the industry for industrial (adhesive/chemical) use.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Deposited consent fee is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 70.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">In view of report by Regional Office, if approved, consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to industry upto 30.06.2028 as proposed by RO.</span></p>
