The industry has now added the electroplating process (nickel chrome plating process).</span></p>

The industry has also provided one no. shot blating machine with inbuilt bag house as APCD and stack of adequate height.</span></p>

The industry has not yet started the operation of electroplating process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">3.</span><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The industry has signed agreement with CETP Operator (M/s JBR Technology Pvt Ltd (Unit-I), Ludhiana) @ 10000 Ltr/month for lifting of trade effluent generated from process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">4. The industry has provided 2 no. D.G sets of capacities 320 KVA & 125 KVA with canopies and adequate stack heights.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">5.</span><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana 2007-31 as such is permitted to carry out expansion of the existing unit and for addition of the polluting process.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';"> RO recommended that varied of consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2028 with usual conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';"> If approved, Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 as purposed by Ro.</span></p>
