<p>It is submitted that the application was scrutinised and it was observed that the industry was issued notice u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974, alongwith an opportunity of hearing before worthy Chairman of the Board on 25.07.23 and proceedings of the said hearing are awaited.</p>
<p>As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is required to be returned online, with the request to the industry to resubmit the application after receiving proceedings of the hearing, please.</p> |
