<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->In the CTE granted to the industry, RO was requested to take up the matter through E-Noting regarding PAIC allowing its member industries (of Mega Food Park) to discharge their effluent into its CETP with concentration of inlet parameters beyond the prescribed/allowable limits as per the Consent granted to PAIC. However, no compliance in the matter has been reported.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->RO has reported that PAIC has issued letter to all existing as well as upcoming units to achieve the prescribed inlets standards of CETP and to install pre-treatment facilities in case of non-achievement of inlet standards of CETP. One existing unit have installed pre-treatment facility to achieve the prescribed inlet standards of CETP. Please submit the said copy.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">c)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The proposed building plan has been got signed by the Project proponent from Competent Person under Factory Act, 1952 and CTE has been granted on 27.10.2022. As to whether, is there any changes in the building constructed from the proposed approved plan.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">d)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Further, the location of ETP has been shown at one end of the project whereas sewer line is at other end and septic tank is nearer to sewer line. Thus, as to whether the project proponent made any arrangement to discharge its treated effluent into the sewer line of PAIC.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">e)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->RO has reported that as per application form of the industry, no MSW will be generated from the manufacturing process of the industry. Please clarify.</p>
