<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has failed to register on centralized portal developed by the CPCB as per EPR guidelines, till date.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with an opportunity of show cause notice in writing, within 03 days.</p>
