A(iv) of the guidelines, as per which the site is falling outside the radius of 500 meters from village Phirni/ lal lakir, Wild Life Sanctuary, Zoo, approved residential area, educational institution, historical religious places and protected monuments.</span></p>

Accordingly, the industry has deposited Rs. 51,000/- vide UTR No. P217230258437423 dated 05.08.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 51,000/- vide UTR No. P217230258438708 dated 05.08.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate for a period upto 30.09.2028. The industry has also deposited Rs. 3600 as NOC regularization fee.</span></p>

Paddy separator alongwith replacement of sortex machine. The industry has submitted drawing of APCDs installed by it with the shelling section and paddy pre cleaner section, which is adequate in principle. The industry has also submitted the additional machinery will be installed in the existing premises and additional land area will be used only for storage of raw material and product.</span></p>

The industry has installed machinery in the earlier premises 19 kanal 19 marlas. The industry has made expansion in the land area by adding 8 kanal 1 marlas adjoining to its existing premises. No machinery has been installed in the additional land area.</span></p>

All the dust emitting points were connected to the cyclone and adequate sampling arrangement has been provided.</span></p>
