<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The railway sidings has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 for loading unloading activities being carried out by the department in the railways sidings of Makhu under green category. Details of the case are as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The railway site has submitted copy of certificate, showing value of fixed assets of Rs. 39.81 Lakhs (land = 2.31 Lakhs + building = 0.00 Lakhs + plant & machinery = 0.00 Lakhs + other cost (wharf & covered shed) = 37.50) and as per certificate total land area of the site is 1.853 acres. </span></p>

SBIN222319286225 dated 15.11.2023 and Rs. 27200/- vide UTR no. SBIN323171199975 dated 20.06.2023) as consent to operate fee is adequate for a period upto 31.12.2030.</span></p>

Arvind Kumar (representative) was contacted at site and it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">As observed during visit, the site is suitable for operation of railway site as only loading unloading activities of goods and it is recommended that consent to operate for operation of railway site as only loading unloading activities of goods may be granted to the railway site for a period upto 31.12.2030, subject to the following conditions :-</span></p>
